By combining the best of research based knowledge and experience, I make workouts and programs that are effective and enjoyable. Most importantly, my workouts are designed individually to optimize workouts towards reaching a goal. I have experience as a Division I athlete (Cross Country/Track and Field) and have worked as a personal trainer and assistant Strength Coach for Washington State University. I specialize in sport/goal specific training and post-rehabilitation, and I strive to make workouts specific for your goals and abilities. Whether you want to perform at the highest levels or just walk around feeling healthier, my individualized programs will help you reach the pinnacle of your own human perfection. My personal hobbies, outside of the gym, include playing video games, hiking, fishing, and long walks on the beach (alright, that last one isn't true).
